my story

I came to photography through a deep love of the outdoors + nature, of story, and of people who choose meaning over tradition. I document a lot of my personal life on film. My husband, our dogs, our travels, the afternoon light in my home, the desert, the ocean. The things I love most. Those fleeting moments you know are special as you’re living them, and want to remember forever.

Photography is truly a gift. We’re so lucky to be able to freeze time, to hold on to something that would otherwise slip by. I feel honored every time I get to create photos that will outlive me, and carry meaning for generations to come.

I’ve always been drawn to landscapes that shape the story, not just as backdrops, but as part of the emotion and memory of the day itself.

I’m lucky enough to be married to my soulmate, someone I’ve known for more than half my life. He’s the most patient person I know and truly my teammate.
